Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return your order to us. However, as our products are perishable and cannot be resold once they’ve been dispatched by us, this will only be accepted under certain circumstances. For example, unacceptable damage to packaging and/or product, contaminated product or incorrect product. Please note that some reasonable wear and tear is to be expected during transit. We will not offer refunds for delayed shipping and/or delivery. If there are any issues with your order, they must be raised with us within 48h upon receipt of order.

If an item is lost or states ‘delivered’ on the tracked delivery, but you don’t have the product, we will put a claim in on our joint behalf with The Royal Mail. If the claim isn’t accepted, we won’t be held liable for the lost, damaged or undelivered item.

If we need to make a claim for a lost or damaged item, and it is successful, we will only be able to offer another box of baked goods. You will get to reorder a replica to your original order from the current restock, but as the menu changes, this could end up being different options Although we will do our best to refill your original order in the first instance.

Cancellation fee: if you wish to cancel an order you’ve placed with us after 24 hours of placing it, we hold 15% of the order as an Admin fee to do so. Refunds can take up to 28 working days to process depending on the bank.
